Meet the Founder
My name is Melody, and I’m so glad you’re taking your online business to the next level. When people ask me what I do, I tell them: “You know how building a website for the first time can be intimidating? I build and customize websites for women entrepreneurs and then teach them how to maintain those websites so that they can confidently take charge of their online businesses.”
I studied Music Education in college and have been teaching private music lessons for piano, voice, and wind instruments, plus running group classes for infants and toddlers for several years. I’m a teacher in spirit and by trade! So, why web design? That doesn’t seem to be similar to giving music lessons at all. There are two simple answers here: 1) I’m a multi-passionate person who absolutely loves the tech world, and 2) I love helping people grow and learn!
I was absolutely paralyzed when I decided to create my first website years ago. Long story short, I wish I had had someone to walk me through it step-by-step and explain this online world to me in simple-to-understand terms instead of hoofing it on my own. Now that I’ve got both education for and experience with web designing under my belt, I want to be the resource that I wish I had when I first started out. I can’t wait to work with you and help bring your innovative online business ideas to life.
When I’m not customizing websites or giving music lessons, I love to spend time with my beautiful rescue dog named Bindi. I enjoy reading fantasy and sci-fi novels like The Dresden Files, eating vegan BBQ, and volunteering at animal sanctuaries and rescues.
